NO-HASSLE RETURNS

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, however, should you wish to return your order you may request a return.

Returns accepted for 3 days after delivery
No restocking fee
Customer pays for return shipping
Email heyfriend@celebrationwarehouse.store to request a return
Provide the reason for your return - how many items and description of items being returned
Items must be returned in original unopened packaging and in new condition
Items should be carefully packaged to prevent shipping damage
Upon receipt of returned items, we will refund the product purchase price not including original shipping cost
Returned items must be received by us within 12 days of original delivery
Refunds are usually processed within 24 hours after we receive your return
Items received without obtaining a Return Authorization are not refundable
Items received after the 12 day deadline may not be accepted for return and refund, and will be not be returned

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Opened and used items cannot be returned
Items returned opened, in less than new condition, or received in damaged condition due to any reason, will be immediately discarded and not eligible for refund
Custom-cut and/or personalized items and swatch books are not eligible for return
